Short Temper: Each Cross Charge gives you a +30% Attack Rating. After winning a fight. you convert that Cross Charge with you (up to 5 Cross Charges) into Fury Passives and those last the next 2 fights.
Mixed Martial Arts: #Defenders, #Thunderbolts and #Inhuman Attackers inflict a Physical Vulnerability Debuff on the Defender whenever they end their Combo with a different attack than they ended their previous combo with, reducing the Defender’s Physical Resistance by 10% for 6 seconds.
Distinctive Debuffs: #Defenders, #Thunderbolts or #Inhuman Attackers gain a Cross Charge each time they inflict the Defender with an Armor Break, Bleed or Physical Vulnerability Debuff. Max stacks 10. This ability has a 1 second cooldown.
Energy Interference: Every 6 seconds the Attacker is inflicted with a Power Lock Passive for 4 seconds. If the Defender is inflicted with a Debuff this timer is reset.
Explanation- End combos with different attacks to apply a physical vulnerability debuff. Gain a cross charge when applying physical vulnerability, armor break or bleed debuff. You're inflicted with a power lock passive if defender doesn't have a debuff.
TB Bring:
Skill Champs: Any, but those that place Physical Vulnerability, Bleed, or Armor Break the defender are better
Civilian Intel: Agent Venom with Trinity works amazing for this whole Chapter.

Powered by Weakness: For each Non-Damaging Debuff you put on him he gets an Energize Passive for 10 secs.
I've Got the Power: You get an Indefinite Power Gain granting 5% of a Bar per Sec while charging Heavy. When the Opponent Charges a Heavy it is removed. He has a Heavy Bias while the Power gain is NOT on him.
Feats of Power: When he is above 1 Bar he gets a Fury Buff. Above 2 Bars he gets a Precision buff. 3 Bars he gets a Cruelty Buff.
Dazed and Confused: If you Parry twice in 7 seconds you get a Falter.
True Lies: Your True Strike, True Accuracy, True Focus, and True Sense suffer -100% Ability Accuracy.
Old Sarge Says:
Round 1: OK, he's a bit of a pain in the ass. I got him to 22% with Nick Fury, but he has an evade mechanic and goes invisible. Having the Tactical Charges helped with the Evade and Invisibility. Got him down with Vox, but it was stupid close- and my Vox is a Duped R3 7*... Tough fight- a lot going on. Bring someone that can handle Invisibility and Evade. Also- he is Bleed Immune.
Round 2: Civilian Intel was right- Onslaught pretty much cancels all the nodes. After Lumatrix does an SP2 he gets an Evade- so watch for that.
Round 3: He pretty much wrecked my Chee'ilth. Invisibility and Evade is tough. Finished off with Onslaught.
Round 4: Easy W for Mister Sinister. Just play normal Mr Sin style. The Invisibility is still kind of a pain.
Final Round: I ended up just using Onslaught again. Same as before- he cancels all of the hard parts except the Evade he gets off his SP2.
Sarge's Initial Thoughts: Well, he looks cool. Animations are Next Level. Pain in the ass to fight though.

3.2 path: Blackcat, Kate boss: Herc 80% Kate 20%
I used Dust, Kingpin and Cheelth and I think any counter works for him. Watch out his invisibility timer after SP / predict his SP1 or 2 (I can’t effectively Dex his sp 1 atm) / your miss timer.
Onslaught. Super easy, just do the fight normally.. Don’t need to worry any node

Serpent for Lumatrix- he counters invisibility and evade
