SCIENCE 

Main Nodes:

• Dig Dig Dig: Every 16 seconds you get an Undermine Buff (while active- attacks cannot be Blocked via Auto-Block). If you are far away he gets the Buff.

• Bubble Shield: Each time you Block and Attack you Block Proficiency reduces by 4%. After 10 stacks Arcade becomes Unblockable.

• Healthy Disposition: He rotates between Stun, Slow, and Heal Block Immunity every 8 seconds. 

• Toxic Thoughts: When you Parry a Poison is placed on you and him. If you are immune- you take a burst of direct damage of the same amount (6%).

• Counterpunch: When he Blocks or Auto-Blocks an attack he gets an Unstoppable Buff for .85 seconds.

Old Sarge Says: 

• Round 1: OK- he's a pain in the ass lol. DON'T try to Parry him at the start of the fight or when he is Stun Immune- he counter attacks it and it will go poorly. I brought Titania in and got shredded. CapIW got him down to 42%. And watch for Bubble Shield Node. And DO NOT hit his Block at all- he goes Unstoppable from Counterpunch Node. But- Angela with Odin Pre-Fights makes this easy. She could probably do it without the Odin Pre-Fights just as well. Start the fight holding block and wait for him to Heavy. I pushed him to SP2- the flame is easy to Dex and I just blocked the saw blades. 

• Round 2: OK- Civilian Intel is undefeated!! OG Hulk just SMASHes through this. SP1 stun your way to victory. Just watch for when he is Stun Immune. Easy W.

• Round 3: I tried Angela witout Odin Pre-Fights and I struggled and died. Those Pre-Fights come in clutch. But I was able to blast him down with Overseer. I did push him to SP3 but I had my Striker ready so I could chain SP1s back to back while in Cosmic Mode so I was able to get him down pretty easy.

• Round 4: Yup- super easy W for Overseer - just time his SP1 for when Arcade isn't stun immune (after getting Cosmic charges) and hold on to your Striker until you need it. 

• Final Round: I lost my OG Hulk but I was trying to Dex his SPs. Finished off with Overseer. 

Sarge's Initial Thoughts: Super cool champ- quirky and great animations! 

Civilian Intel: 

• Vox for Arcade. Makes him a joke. One SP1 and you have permanent Undermine. I forgot about him until halfway through my exploration unfortunately.

• Just annoying. I think having a counter to his auto block, cosmic preferably, is needed. Sacked my Science champs, took him to 1%. Sent in Venom to end it.

• Jessica Jones: I have no idea why JJ is not really dying here, but it might have something to do with defeating a tech champ earlier on the path and getting a tech dossier. I also brought DDHK so I could trigger weakness Debuffs with Dexterity.

• Both Falcon and Angela work great and can turn off his Autoblock.

• Hulk takes down arcade with 5 solos since it’s the science path I had him in the team just time sp1s outside of the stun immunity
