#New Avengers, #A-Force and #Fantastic Four | COSMIC
Main Nodes:
Short Temper: Each Cross Charge gives you a +30% Attack Rating. After winning a fight. you convert that Cross Charge with you (up to 5 Cross Charges) into Fury Passives and those last the next 2 fights.
Powerful Objection: #New Avengers, #A-Force or #Fantastic Four Attackers gain a Power Gain Buff whenever they interrupt any of the Defender’s attacks, granting 33% of a Bar of Power over 8 seconds. Max stacks 1.
Robust Rivalry: Whenever you don't have a Buff the Defender passively Regens 1% every second.
Explanation: Play pretty much normal- launch specials and try to intercept and rush in after their specials. Also- bring Buff Heavy champs.
Bring:
Cosmic champs: Need buffs. Hulkling, Hyperion, etc...
#New Avengers/#A-Force: Hyperion, Miles, Jane Foster, Wiccan, Wolverine, Sunspot, Miles, CMM, Captain Marvel, Ms Marvel, She-Hulk , Rogue, Kamala Khan, Sigil Witch, Scarlet Witch, Iron Fist (White), OG Spider-Man, Squirrel Girl
#Fantastic Four: Human Torch, Mr F, Invisible Woman, Thing, Super Skrull
Any champ who can counter regen - Void, Warlock
Champs with lots of buffs
Sarge's Strategy: Gain the cross charge with tagged champs by throwing specials or punishing defender's special (basically dash in immediately after defender's special is over). Hype/CMM work really well as they can gain buffs to stop the 1% regen
Crowd Sourced Intel: Synergy- Hercules + OG Black Panther: Gives Herc Unblockable specials. Vox corrupted buffs count to stop regen and that makes them amazing

Landmine Path Fights:
Right Top Path | 2-Star Chest: I'll be honest- I restarted the path like 5 times to get past that Dust. Finally got through her with Angela but I was almost dead.I also had some trouble with Titania as well, she was super aggressive. The Power Gain on this path that they get makes it tough. There's a Masacre on the path as well and with the increased Power Gain you're baiting SP1s the whole fight.
Left Bottom Path | 5-Star Chest: Watch out for that Vision Aarkus towards the end- it's a longer fight and his Power Gain gets silly- kill him fast. I lost my Angela in this fight.
Quest Boss: Northstar (Mutant)
Main Nodes:
Head Start: He gets a 30% Energize at the start of the fight.
Immunity (Shock): Pretty sure you can figure this one out.
Danger Zone: Ever 12 seconds he gets an Unblockable Buff for 8 seconds. If you are out of striking range (far away) - you get it instead, but for only 4 seconds.
Mighty Charge: Can't Parry when he does a Medium Dash attack, and he purifies all Debuffs on him.
Empyreal Defiance: He is immune to Nullify, Stagger, Fate Seal, Buff Immunity, and cannot have his Buff Ability Accuracy modified do to Abilities like Neutralize and Soul Imprisonment.
Old Sarge Says:
Round 1: I took about 25% off with my half dead Hyperion- but the Unblockable from Danger Zone got me a couple times. He's a lot like Quicksilver. Easy W for Shocker. Bait his SP1 - it is super easy for Evade. Just a bunch of fast hits- but it doesn't cover much ground- he kind of almost stays in the same spot. You can Parry him when you are close (watch for Unblockable timer). Not a hard champ at all.
Round 2: Got a solo with Hulkling. Pretty easy, but long fight. Bait the SP1 and watch for the Unblockable.
Round 3: I had a lot of trouble with him- his reach on his Medium Dash was crazy far- like way different than the first two rounds. Lost my CGR super fast and my Angela super fast. But- Hulkling came in clutch.
Round 4: I tried with Venom and he sucks for this fight- 68 hits in and I had only taken off like 18% of his health- cleaned up with Hulkling.
Final Round: I brought Odin to give his pre-fights to Angela for the Aarkus fight on the path so I gave him a whirl and he got Northstar down to 34% before I missed a Dex and he got his SP2 and Unblockable- it was lights out after that. Cleaned up with Hyperion- he's really good for this fight.
Sarge's Initial Thoughts: Pretty cool champ. I love how he flies. His suit is nice and clean.
Civilian Intel:
Seems easy. Bait SP1 or use power control. Brought Shocker and Doom. Ended up taking him down with Gamora and Wiccan.
CGR gets it done. The Unblockable can make it tricky to get a proper rotation down but it's doable.
Future Antman works great.
OG Iron Man can block Unblockable specials from mutants, so he's really good for Northstar.
He has Quicksilver animations on his basic hits, so be careful when you reparry. Sp1 is very easy to dex, sp2 has three beams at the end. Torch and Omega Sentinel have destroyed him.
Herc with OG BP synergy works great.
Omega Sentinel takes him down easy.
the Northstar fight is possibly Spot’s best matchup. You consistently go from 0 to 10 spots in a single portal block, which makes for really high damage with a high sig Spot.
Viv also does well as she can “parry” even when he’s Unblockable
